• Related exterior cleaning services

3. Service Areas

Our services are available in Inverness, Elgin, Buckie, Forres, Nairn, Dingwall and surrounding areas in the Highland and Moray regions of Scotland. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• We require 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and card payments
• Commercial clients may be offered 30-day payment terms subject to credit approval
• Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges

6. Liability and Insurance

Kleana Window is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability. However:

• We are not liable for damage to pre-existing faulty windows or fixtures
• Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We recommend customers remove valuable items from work areas

7. Access and Safety

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions
• Customers must inform us of any hazards or special requirements
• We follow all relevant health and safety regulations

8. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify any issues at no additional cost.

As an eco-friendly cleaning service, we use environmentally safe cleaning products and methods wherever possible. We are committed to minimising our environmental impact.
